For the daycare center Schatzinsel Binningen BL we are looking for a motivated

Professional FABE Kind (educator)

on a 60-70% basis for our children's group starting January 2025 or by arrangement.

We expect

• Completed professional training as an early childhood educator (FabeK), educator or equivalent recognized training
• Working hours would mainly be from 12.00 pm
• You speak German and Swiss German
• You have professional experience in the infant sector
• Teamwork skills as well as the cultivation of collegial and respectful interaction with superiors and the team
• Attendance at team meetings
• Helping to design the group rooms
• Development and implementation of age-appropriate activities
• Needs-oriented and creative daily routine with strategies and structures
• Mental and physical resilience
